Combining inspiration from Spanish & French Nouveau Cuisine
How fortunate we were to have found El Basque. Our server, Emerson, was friendly and attentive. All of the small plates we had were delicious, and the vichyssoise, though not the traditional white in color, was incredibly flavorful.

Our 3rd dinner at El Basque was as exceptional as the first 2. The duck was prepared perfectly, the pork dish delish! Staff greets you and welcomes you as if you are one of the family and the owner is attentive to any dietary needs. Before leaving he checks on how everything was. Try El Basque for a unique experience.

Combining inspiration from Spanish & French Nouveau Cuisine with local ingredients and traditions, creating a culinary movement that will put the Basque Country and its cuisine on the map here in Southwest Florida. El Basque will be preparing dishes such as Coq Au Vin, Niçoise, Spanish Octopus, Basque styled soups and salads, and selections of charcuteries filled with French and Spanish cheeses, jamons, Pates and Selection of Pintxos (Basque Tapas).
Dinners consist of traditional Basque stews and dishes such as Basque Poullet, Bacala prepared with potatoes, tomato and herbs, mountain hams and sausages, and steak frites served with traditional parsley and garlic sauce.
