Sunday Brunch 12p.m. – 3pm dinner service 4p.m. to 7p.m.

Welcome

El Basque will be preparing dishes such as Croque Monsieur, Croque Madame, toasty baguette with olive tapenade topped with boquerones, Basque styled soups and salads, and selections of sandwiches filled with ingredients such as French and Spanish cheeses and jamones, tuna salad, chicken, or fish of the day.

Some of Basque’s cocktails include our lovely San Sebastian Sparkling Cocktail, consisting of Champagne, elderflower, and Luxardo cherry or freshly prepared sangrias . . . so delicious!

Combining inspiration from Spanish & French Nouveau Cuisine with local ingredients and traditions, creating a culinary movement that will put the Basque Country and its cuisine on the map here in Southwest Florida. El Basque will be preparing dishes such as Coq Au Vin, Niçoise, Spanish Octopus, Basque styled soups and salads, and selections of charcuteries filled with French and Spanish cheeses, jamons, Pates and Selection of Pintxos (Basque Tapas).

Dinners consist of traditional Basque stews and dishes such as Basque Poullet, Bacala prepared with potatoes, tomato and herbs, mountain hams and sausages, and steak frites served with traditional parsley and garlic sauce. Spain’s Basque Country is a culinary combination of Spanish and French cuisine, and our team is looking forward to transporting you to the modern-day borders of Spain and France through Basque’s unique cuisine and atmosphere.
